Savepoint – Terms of Service

Welcome to Savepoint.
By accessing or using the Savepoint web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. About Savepoint
Savepoint is a web application that allows users to track video games, manage personal lists and statuses, assign ratings, and create a public user profile.
The Service is operated by Savepoint ("we", "us", "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
By using Savepoint, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account.

You must not share your account with other users or access another user's account without permission.
4. User content
When using Savepoint, you may create and publish content, including but not limited to:
- game lists,
- game statuses,
- ratings,
- profile information,
- profile images.
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting or publishing content on the Service, you grant Savepoint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and make your content available within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving Savepoint.
5. Public profiles
Savepoint allows users to create a public profile.
Information and content displayed on your public profile may be visible to other users and to visitors of the Service.
You are responsible for the content and information you choose to make public.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish unlawful, offensive, abusive, or harmful content,
- impersonate any person or entity,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data,
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Third-party services
Savepoint relies on third-party services, including:
- authentication and data storage services (such as Firebase by Google),
- external game information providers (such as IGDB).
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
9. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savepoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

When changes are made, the "Last updated" date will be revised.
